Richard Hall Participates in the International Bar Association’s 2017 Annual Conference

Cravath partner Richard Hall participated in the International Bar Association’s 2017 Annual Conference, held in Sydney, Australia, from October 9-12, 2017. Richard served as a workshop co‑chair and co‑moderator of a program entitled “The Changing Landscape: Key Strategic Challenges and Choices,” which addressed the decisions multinational and independent law firms are faced with in business. Richard also spoke on a panel entitled “Navigating the Path Between a Rock and a Hard Place: The Role of the Target Director in Distressed M&A,” which discussed considerations for the target director in a distressed M&A situation, as well as recent example scenarios.
