Richard Hall Serves as Contributing Editor for The Legal 500 M&A Guide

Cravath partner Richard Hall served as contributing editor of The Legal 500’s 2018 “Mergers & Acquisitions Country Comparative Guide.” The guide provides readers with a pragmatic overview of M&A laws and regulations across jurisdictions. As contributing editor, Richard authored the United States chapter of the guide, which covers the state of the market for M&A in the U.S., sectors that have been particularly active over the last year, and factors that will impact M&A activity in the years ahead.

In addition to the U.S. chapter, Richard also authored an article focused on a “Hot Topic in United States M&A,” which focuses on the impact of the Delaware Supreme Court’s 2015 Corwin decision on M&A and corporate governance.
