Richard Hall Serves as Contributing Editor of The Legal 500’s 2022 M&A Country Comparative Guide

Cravath partner Richard Hall served as contributing editor of The Legal 500’s 2022 “Mergers & Acquisitions Country Comparative Guide,” which was published in April 2022. The guide provides a pragmatic overview of M&A laws and regulations across global jurisdictions. Richard co-authored the United States chapter of the guide, which reviews M&A trends, the current state of the market and key considerations for companies and shareholders.

Richard also co-authored a “Hot Topic” article entitled “‘Ordinary Course’ Covenants in U.S. Merger Agreements Post-COVID-19,” which examines how Delaware courts have recently interpreted the expression “ordinary course of business” in acquisition agreements.
