Richard Hall Speaks at Chancery Court Program

On February 11, 2014, Cravath partner Richard Hall, Head of the Mergers and Acquisitions practice for EMEA, participated in a Chancery Court Program presented by the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Richard spoke on a panel entitled “The USA or EU: Which Has -- As a Matter of Fact -- A More Open Market for Corporate Control?” The panel discussion’s moderators included The Honorable Leo E. Strine, Jr., Chancellor of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
