Richard Hall Speaks at the 31st Tulane Corporate Law Institute

Cravath partner Richard Hall spoke at the 31st Tulane Corporate Law Institute, presented by Tulane University Law School and held from March 14-15, 2019, in New Orleans. Richard spoke on a panel entitled “The Tangled Web of Global Approvals,” which focused on best practices in preparing for and securing foreign investment and other approvals related to cross-border dealmaking between the United States, Europe and other jurisdictions, as well as how deals may be impacted by trade and geopolitical issues.
