Richard Hall Speaks on Cross‑Border Dealmaking at Tulane’s Annual Corporate Law Institute

Cravath partner Richard Hall spoke at the 29th annual Tulane University Law School “Corporate Law Institute,” which was held March 30‑31, 2017, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Richard spoke on a panel entitled “Current Regulatory Issues in Cross‑Border Dealmaking,” which discussed issues including compliance between U.S. securities laws and the corporate and securities requirements of other jurisdictions; increased worldwide enforcement of antitrust regulations; and the review processes of the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States and other foreign investment regulators.
