Stark, entitled “Managing Fallout From ‘Bilski,’ ‘Mayo’ and ‘Alice,’” was featured in the January 20 Intellectual Property special report of the New York Law Journal. The article examines the U.S. Supreme Court decision in Alice v. CLS Bank and its effect on software-related patent claims as the third installment in a trilogy of decisions that also includes Bilski v. Kappos and Mayo Collaborative Services v. Prometheus Labs.
