Rick Stark Moderates Panel at AIPLA’s 2019 Annual Meeting

On October 24, 2019, Cravath partner Richard J. Stark moderated a panel at the American Intellectual Property Law Association’s 2019 Annual Meeting, which was held at the Gaylord National Resort in National Harbor, Maryland. The meeting brought together a global group of intellectual property practitioners from corporations, law firms, government and academia. Rick moderated a panel entitled “Global Licensing – How to Avoid Antitrust Pitfalls,” which discussed antitrust best practices in China, Europe and across the globe.
