Rick Stark Speaks at 2019 EDTX Bench Bar Conference

On September 24, 2019, Cravath partner Richard J. Stark participated in the 23rd annual EDTX Bench Bar Conference hosted by the Eastern District of Texas Bar Association and held in Plano, Texas. The conference focused on litigation issues from both the bench and counsel perspectives. Rick spoke on a panel entitled “Exploring Best Practices for SEP/FRAND Litigation: Striking the Balance Between What’s Yours, Mine and Ours.”
