Rick Stark Speaks at Fordham IP Conference

On April 13, 2012, Cravath partner Richard J. Stark spoke at the 20th Annual Fordham Intellectual Property Law & Policy Conference, held at Fordham University in New York City. Rick spoke during a patent law session, entitled “Biotech & Related Issues including Prometheus,” which discussed the Supreme Court’s decision in Mayo Collaborative Services v. Prometheus Laboratories and its implications for the upcoming Myriad Genetics case.
