Rick Stark Speaks at Mobile Industry Patent and Antitrust Program

On October 5, 2015, Cravath partner Richard J. Stark spoke at the SEP Workshop entitled “Standard Essential Patents, FRAND and Competition Law Workshop,” hosted by the GSMA (Groupe Speciale Mobile Association) in Palo Alto, California. Rick participated in the Industry Panel Discussion which focused on patent and antitrust issues in the mobile and communications industries.
