Rick Stark Speaks on Global Antitrust Issues

On November 11, 2011, Cravath partner Richard J. Stark participated in an international antitrust seminar organized by Kim & Chang in Seoul, South Korea, entitled “Hot Topics in Global Antitrust Enforcement.” Rick was a primary presenter in two of the four segments of the seminar. The first segment covered European and U.S. perspectives on due process in antitrust investigations. The second addressed the intersection of competition law and intellectual property rights in E.U. and U.S. law.
