Roger Brooks Authors Article on Patent Licensing

On March 12, 2010, an article co-authored by partner Roger G. Brooks, entitled “Taking Contracts Seriously: The Meaning of the Voluntary Commitment to License Essential Patents on ‘Fair and Reasonable’ Terms,” was posted on the Social Science Research Network (SSRN) website and will be included as a chapter in a forthcoming book published by Oxford University Press. The article discusses the licensing of standardized technology.
