Roger Brooks Authors Article on Voluntary FRAND Commitment

Cravath partner Roger G. Brooks co-authored an article entitled “Interpreting and Enforcing the Voluntary FRAND Commitment,” in the January – June 2011 edition of the International Journal of IT Standards and Standardization Research (IJITSR). The article discusses the standardization process, including ‘fair, reasonable, and nondiscriminatory’ (FRAND) terms and conditions, and its effect on patents.
