Roger Brooks Co‑Chairs, and Dave Kappos Moderates at, GCR Live IP and Antitrust Conference

On March 25, 2014, two Cravath partners participated in GCR Live’s “IP & Antitrust USA” conference, presented by Global Competition Review and held in Washington, D.C. Roger G. Brooks served as Co‑Chair of the program, which brought leading experts together to discuss the current challenges facing the integration of intellectual property and antitrust law. David J. Kappos moderated a panel discussion entitled, “How Changes to Patent Law and Remedies May Affect Business Decisions and Investment – the View of Investors in Innovation,” while Roger Brooks moderated a panel discussion entitled, “Injunctive Relief for SEPs, FRAND, and Antitrust – the Practitioner’s Perspective.”
