Roger Brooks Participates in Roundtable on Economics of Standardized Industries

On February 8, 2013, Cravath partner Roger G. Brooks presented a paper entitled “SSO Rules, Standardization, and SEP Licensing: Economic Questions from the Trenches,” at the “Research Roundtable on Technology Standards, Innovation and Market Coordination,” presented by the Searle Center on Law, Regulation, and Economic Growth at Northwestern University School of Law. The roundtable, which included academic economists and legal experts from around the world, explored issues relating to the economics of standardized industries and the protection of intellectual property in those industries.
