Roger Brooks Receives Burton Award for Legal Writing

On April 15, 2013, Cravath partner Roger G. Brooks was named a recipient of the “Distinguished Legal Writing Award” from The Burton Awards for Legal Achievement. The awards honor lawyers who have written outstanding articles that are clear, concise and comprehensive. Roger was recognized for his article, “Licensing and Litigation Under the RAND Umbrella,” which was published in The National Law Journal. The Burton Awards will be presented on June 3, 2013, at the Library of Congress in Washington, D.C.
