Roger Brooks Speaks at Fordham IP Conference

On April 29, 2011, Cravath partner Roger G. Brooks spoke at the 19th Annual Fordham Intellectual Property Law and Policy Conference, held at Fordham University in New York City. Roger led a panel entitled “Open Source and Patents,” in which he discussed the variety of express patent grants contained in various widely used open source licenses, and identification of uncertainties and controversies concerning the scope of these rights.
