Rowan Wilson Speaks at PLI’s Pretrial Practice 2016 Conference

On May 6, 2016, Cravath partner Rowan D. Wilson spoke at “Pretrial Practice 2016,” a conference presented by the Practising Law Institute, held in New York City and webcast nationally. Rowan spoke on a panel entitled “Responding to a Complaint,” which discussed collecting relevant documentary evidence, the new federal rule on the consequences of not preserving evidence, collecting evidence from potential witnesses, initial contact with the opposition, counterclaims, drafting an answer and filing a motion to dismiss.
