Sabra Health Care Ltd. Partnership and Sabra Capital Corp.’s Registered High‑Yield Senior Debt Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters, led by BofA Merrill Lynch, Barclays, Citigroup and RBS, in connection with the US$350 million registered high‑yield senior debt offering of Sabra Health Care Limited Partnership and Sabra Capital Corporation, wholly owned subsidiaries of Sabra Health Care REIT, Inc., a self‑administered, self‑managed REIT that, through its subsidiaries, owns and invests in real estate serving the healthcare industry. The transaction closed on January 23, 2014.
