Sappi’s Acquisition of M-Real

On September 29, 2008, Sappi Limited announced its agreement to acquire the coated graphic paper business of M-real Corporation GmbH for approximately US$1.1 billion (€750 million). The lawyers involved in this matter include partners Paul Michalski and George A. Stephanakis and associates Roberto Bruno and Clyde W. Tinnen on corporate matters and partner John E.
