Shell International Finance B.V.’s $3 Billion Registered Notes Offering

Cravath represented Shell International Finance B.V. in connection with its $3 billion registered notes offering, guaranteed by Royal Dutch Shell plc. Royal Dutch Shell plc is one of the world’s largest independent oil and gas companies. The notes were listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on November 13, 2018.
