Shell International Finance B.V.’s $3.75 Billion Registered Notes Offering

Cravath represented Shell International Finance B.V. in connection with its $3.75 billion registered notes offering, guaranteed by Royal Dutch Shell plc. Royal Dutch Shell plc is one of the world’s largest independent oil and gas companies in terms of market capitalization, operating cash flow and oil and gas production. The notes were listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on April 6, 2020.
