Shell International Finance’s $2.5 Billion Registered Debt Offering

Cravath represented Shell International Finance B.V. in connection with its US$2.5 billion registered debt offering, guaranteed by Royal Dutch Shell plc. Royal Dutch Shell plc is one of the world’s largest independent oil and gas companies in terms of market capitalization. The notes were listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on August 21, 2012.
