Steve Burns Named “Lawyer of the Year” for Securities/Capital Markets Law

Cravath partner Stephen L. Burns has been named Best Lawyers’ 2014 “Lawyer of the Year” for Securities/Capital Markets Law in New York City. Only one lawyer per practice area in each community is honored. Designations are given based on peer evaluations by leading lawyers in the same geographical market.
In addition, Cravath lawyers have been recognized in 25 practice areas by The Best Lawyers in America 2014, the oldest peer-review publication in the legal profession (click here).
