Steve Gordon Speaks at Tax Strategies Conference

On November 30, 2011, Cravath partner Stephen L. Gordon spoke at “Tax Strategies for Corporate Acquisitions, Dispositions, Spin-Offs, Joint Ventures, Financings, Reorganizations & Restructurings 2011,” a conference presented by the Practising Law Institute and held in Los Angeles, California. Steve spoke on a panel entitled “Structuring Leveraged Buyouts,” which discussed leveraged recapitalizations, multi-layer debt and equity financing structures, interest deductibility and debt modifications.
