Steve Gordon Speaks on Tax Strategies for Corporate Transactions

On December 3, 2014, Cravath partner Stephen L. Gordon, Head of the Firm’s Tax Department, participated in “Tax Strategies for Corporate Acquisitions, Dispositions, Spin‑Offs, Joint Ventures, Financings, Reorganizations & Restructurings,” a conference presented by the Practising Law Institute and held in Los Angeles, California. Steve spoke on a panel entitled “Structuring Leveraged Buyouts,” which focused on tax issues in private equity and other leveraged acquisitions.
