Cravath represented Stevens Holding Company, Inc. in connection with its $400 million 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior notes offering, guaranteed by Altra Industrial Motion Corp., a leading global designer, producer and marketer of automation products. This offering was issued as part of the financing for the combination of the business of Altra and the Automation & Specialty Business of Fortive Corporation. The transaction closed on October 1, 2018.
