Stu Gold Participates in ABA Webinar on Taking and Defending Depositions

On January 30, 2014, Cravath partner Stuart W. Gold was a faculty presenter in an American Bar Association webinar, “Essentials of Taking and Defending a Deposition.” Stu discussed the objectives for counsel defending a witness at a deposition and various techniques for accomplishing those objectives, including when and how to object and alternatives to objections.
