Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by Deutsche Bank and UBS Investment Bank, in connection with the CHF500 million 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior secured debt offering of Sunrise Communications Holdings S.A., a subsidiary of Mobile Challenger Group S.à r.l. Sunrise Communications Holdings S.A. was the second largest integrated telecommunications provider in Switzerland at the time of the offering. Mobile Challenger Group S.à r.l. is a portfolio company of CVC Capital Partners. The notes were listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on February 17, 2015.
