Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by Goldman, Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan Securities, Citigroup, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Barclays, BofA Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley, in connection with the US$250 million 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior debt offering of Surgical Care Affiliates, Inc., a leading national provider of solutions to physicians, health systems and payors to optimize surgical care. Surgical Care Affiliates is a portfolio company of private equity sponsor TPG Capital, L.P. The transaction closed on March 17, 2015.
