Cravath represented the underwriters, led by Goldman, Sachs & Co., Citigroup, J.P. Morgan Securities, Barclays, BofA Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank Securities and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, in connection with the US$268 million registered secondary offering of common stock of Surgical Care Affiliates, Inc., a leading national provider of solutions to physicians, health systems and payors to optimize surgical care. Surgical Care Affiliates is a portfolio company of private equity sponsor TPG Capital, L.P. The transaction closed on April 1, 2015.
