Taylor Morrison Home Corporation’s Registered Common Stock Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters, Citigroup and Morgan Stanley, in connection with the $230 million registered class A common stock offering of Taylor Morrison Home Corporation, one of the largest public homebuilders in the United States. The shares were listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on November 13, 2017.

The Cravath team included partner Bill Whelan and associate Michael Zhang on securities matters, and associate Kiran Sheffrin on tax matters. Jiyeon K. Barta also worked on securities matters.
