Taylor Morrison Home Corporation’s Registered Common Stock Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters, J.P. Morgan Securities and Citigroup, in connection with the US$231 million registered class A common stock offering of Taylor Morrison Home Corporation, one of the largest public homebuilders in the United States. Proceeds of the offering will be used to purchase a portion of existing investments of TPG and Oaktree in Taylor Morrison. The transaction closed on May 5, 2017.
