Taylor Morrison Home Corporation’s Registered Common Stock Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters, led by J.P. Morgan Securities, Citigroup and Credit Suisse, in connection with the US$219 million registered offering of class A common stock of Taylor Morrison Home Corporation, one of the largest public homebuilders in the United States. The shares were listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on February 6, 2017.

The Cravath team included partner William J. Whelan III and associate Lee M. Blum on securities matters and associate Kiran Sheffrin on tax matters. Michael Zhang also worked on securities matters.
