Taylor Morrison’s High-Yield Senior Notes Offering

Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by Citigroup, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Mizuho Securities, US Bancorp and Wells Fargo Securities, in connection with the $500 million 144A/Reg. S high-yield senior notes offering of Taylor Morrison Communities, Inc., a subsidiary of Taylor Morrison Home Corporation, one of the largest public homebuilders and community developers in the United States. The transaction closed on June 5, 2019.
