Team Health is a portfolio company of Ensemble Parent LLC, an investment fund affiliated with the Blackstone Group. The transaction closed on September 17, 2012.
The Cravath team included partner Stephen L. Burns, senior attorney Daniel A. O’Shea and associate Sarah Kahn Sellers.
