S high-yield senior secured and senior subordinated debt offering of Techem GmbH and Techem Energy Metering Service GmbH & Co. KG, a leading global energy services provider based in Germany. The notes were listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on September 28, 2012.
