TerraForm Power’s Senior Secured Revolving Credit Facility

Cravath represented TerraForm Power Operating, LLC (“TERP Operating”) in connection with the arrangement of a $450 million senior secured revolving credit facility, provided by HSBC Bank USA, National Association, to be used to refinance existing indebtedness and for working capital and other general corporate purposes. TERP Operating is an indirect subsidiary of its sponsor, Brookfield Asset Management, a leading global alternative asset manager. The transaction closed on October 17, 2017.
