The Chemours Company’s High-Yield Senior Notes Offering

Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by J.P. Morgan Securities, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, RBC Capital Markets, Barclays, HSBC, Deutsche Bank Securities, TD Securities and BofA Securities, in connection with the $800 million 144A/Reg. S high-yield senior notes offering of The Chemours Company, a leading global provider of performance chemicals. Cravath also represented the dealer manager in connection with The Chemours Company's concurrent $907 million cash tender offer and solicitation of consents. The tender offer expired on November 25, 2020 and the senior notes offering closed on November 27, 2020.
