The Chemours Company’s High‑Yield Senior Notes Offering

Cravath represented the initial purchasers in connection with the $650 million 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior notes offering of The Chemours Company, a leading, global provider of performance chemicals. Cravath also represented the dealer manager in connection with The Chemours Company’s concurrent $750 million cash tender offer. The senior notes offering closed on August 18, 2021 and the tender offer expired on August 31, 2021.
The Cravath team included partner Michael E. Mariani and associates Katherine R. Booth and Ahra Cho on capital markets matters, associate Joana W. Li on tax matters, and partner Matthew Morreale on environmental matters.
