Cravath Publishes Winter 2026 Issue of Alumni Journal
Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by Credit Suisse, Citigroup, J.P. Morgan Securities and US Bancorp, in connection with the US$250 million 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior debt offering of The New Home Company Inc., a new generation homebuilder focused on the design, construction and sale of innovative and consumer‑driven homes in metropolitan areas within select growth markets in California. The transaction closed on March 17, 2017.
The Cravath team included partner William J. Whelan III and associate Eric M. Wasserstrum on securities matters and associate Kiran Sheffrin on tax matters. Michael Zhang also worked on securities matters and Bradley M. Tarrash also worked on tax matters.
