The State Treasury of the Republic of Poland’s Debt Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank Securities and HSBC, in connection with the US$2 billion registered debt offering of The State Treasury of the Republic of Poland. The notes were listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on November 3, 2011.

The Cravath team included partner Philip J. Boeckman, senior attorney Roberto Bruno and associate Lisenka Van Holewinckel, all of Cravath’s London office.
