Thomson Reuters Corporation’s $2.4 Billion Senior Unsecured Revolving Credit Facility

Cravath represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in connection with a $2.4 billion senior unsecured five‑year revolving credit facility made available to Thomson Reuters Corporation, to be used for working capital and other general corporate purposes. Thomson Reuters is a leading source of news and information for professional markets. The transaction closed on November 10, 2016.

The Cravath team included partners James D. Cooper and Tatiana Lapushchik and associate Renee A. Brutus on banking matters; partner J. Leonard Teti II and associates Sara L.
