Three Cravath Partners Named as Finalists for The American Lawyer’s Transatlantic Legal Awards

On May 12, 2015, the following three Cravath partners were named as finalists for The American Lawyer’s inaugural Transatlantic Legal Awards: Mark I. Greene as a Transatlantic Corporate Dealmaker (U.S.) and Alyssa K. Caples and Ting S. Chen as Transatlantic Rising Stars. These awards recognize excellence in handling corporate, finance and disputes work between the U.S. and the UK and European legal markets. The awards ceremony will take place on June 4, 2015, in London.
