Three Cravath Partners Speak at 2019 IBA Annual Conference

Cravath partners Richard Hall, George F. Schoen and Alyssa K. Caples participated in the International Bar Association’s 2019 annual conference, which was held on September 22-27, 2019, in Seoul.

Richard spoke on a panel entitled “The Intersection Between Strategy and Culture,” which discussed key aspects of various firm cultures and resulting strategy; George spoke on a panel entitled “Navigating the Corporate Governance Patchwork,” which discussed different corporate governance models from a global perspective; and Alyssa spoke on a panel entitled “Current Legal Developments,” which discussed key updates in corporate and M&A law around the world.
