Ting Chen Speaks at Mergers & Acquisitions Conference

On October 1, 2014, Cravath partner Ting S. Chen participated in “Hot Topics in Mergers & Acquisitions 2014,” a conference presented by the Practising Law Institute and held in New York City. Ting spoke on a panel entitled “Delaware Law Developments,” which focused on key issues and developments in Delaware Law in connection with M&A transactions.
