Ting Chen Speaks at PLI’s 2016 M&A Conference

Cravath partner Ting S. Chen participated in “Hot Topics in Mergers & Acquisitions 2016,” a conference presented by Practising Law Institute and held in New York City on October 13, 2016, and in Chicago on September 30, 2016, and webcast nationally. Ting spoke on a panel entitled “Delaware Law Developments in M&A,” which focused on Delaware statutory and case law developments in M&A litigation, appraisal rights and director liability.
