Ting Chen Speaks at PLI’s 2nd Annual Corporate & Securities Law Institute

On May 22, 2014, Cravath partner Ting S. Chen participated in the Institute on Corporate & Securities Law, presented by the Practising Law Institute and held in Hong Kong. Ting spoke on a panel entitled “Mergers & Acquisitions Update,” which focused on key drivers for the M&A market in Asia, developments and tactics in M&A structures, regulatory developments and recent deal activity.
