Toll Brothers’s Registered Senior Debt Offering

Cravath represented Toll Brothers Finance Corp. in connection with its US$350 million registered senior debt offering. Toll Brothers Finance Corp. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Toll Brothers, Inc., which designs, builds, markets and arranges financing for detached and attached homes in luxury residential communities. The transaction closed on October 30, 2015.
